In the event of a cancellation, the following will apply to all bookings: *Cancellations received within 7 days of arrival, sorry no refund. *School holidays, long weekends, public holidays, and local special events - cancellations must be notified at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival for a full refund, less a $40 cancellation handling fee. *All other times, cancellations must be notified 7 days prior to the day of scheduled arrival, to receive a refund less a $40 cancellation handling fee.
Pets are welcome on our sites. *Pet owners agree to take full responsibility for any personal injury or damage caused by your pet whilst in the confines of BIG4 Bendigo Marong and agree to pay for any claim of compensation in relation to their pet's activities. *Pet owners agree to abide by the following park rules whilst staying in the park. *No pets are permitted in common areas including the reception, recreation room, and pool area. camp kitchen, BBQ area, amenities, and any other areas that are signed. *Pets are not allowed within or on the decks of any cabins that are not pet-friendly. *Pets must always be on a leash or contained within a pen. Unless they are in the designated off-lead area. * Pets must always be picked up after when going to the toilet (there are complimentary sanitary bags at multiple points throughout the park) * Pets can be washed in our designated dog wash located at the front of the park but not elsewhere in the park. Pet blankets are not to be washed in the park laundry or washing machines. * Pets can not be left unattended within the park.
Booking Online: All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking. Booking over the Phone: *A minimum deposit of the first night's rate is required for all accommodation bookings. *For bookings during peak periods (e.g.School holidays, long weekends, public holidays, and local special events) a deposit of $300 for cabins and $150 for powered sites is required upon booking. *For peak periods - an account will be sent for full payment and must be received 30 days prior to arrival. *All other bookings are to be paid in full 7 days out from arrival date.
*The cancellation handling booking fee is $40. *Rates are nightly for up to two people unless otherwise indicated. *Adult rates apply to persons above 17 years. *Children rates apply to guests aged 2 to 17 years. *Infants under two years old stay free; fees apply as indicated for additional guests two years old and over. *Day visitors over two years old will be charged $10 per adult and $5 per child. *Rates and minimum booking periods are subject to change without notice.
