Our Budget Dog-Friendly Cabins provide cozy and affordable accommodation for up to six guests, making them perfect for families or groups traveling with a furry friend.

Each cabin features a well-designed open-plan layout, with a double bed situated at one end of the space, adjacent to the kitchen and dining area. A separate bedroom contains two sets of single bunk beds, comfortably sleeping four additional guests.

The fully equipped kitchen offers a full-size fridge, four gas burners, a grill, and a microwave oven, while the dining area includes a television for your entertainment.

For your comfort in all seasons, the cabin is fitted with reverse-cycle heating and cooling. Linen and towels are provided for all beds, ensuring a convenient and relaxed stay.

Best of all, your well-behaved dog is welcome too, so no family member gets left behind.

Check In

We’re looking forward to welcoming you and hope you have a wonderful stay with us! Check-in time is from 2:00 PM. If you’d like to arrive earlier, feel free to contact Reception—early check-in may be available upon request. On the day of your arrival, we’ll send you a text to check your estimated arrival time. If you’re arriving after 6:00 PM, we’ll be happy to arrange a late check-in for you.

Check Out

Check-out time is 10:00 AM. If you’d like to enjoy a sleep-in or spend a little more time at the park before heading off, a late check-out may be available—just have a chat with Reception, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

Reception Hours

We're here to help from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 7 days a week. We also have a night manager on site who can assist in an emergency. Contact details are provided upon arrival.

Changes and Cancellation

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and accommodating as possible. Please take note of the following cancellation terms- Standard Bookings: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival will receive a refund, less a $50 cancellation handling fee. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival. Peak Periods (including school holidays, public holidays, long weekends, and local special events): Cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance to receive a full refund, minus a $50 cancellation handling fee. Due to high demand during these times, we are unable to offer refunds for shorter notice. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions about your booking or this policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Pets

Pets are Welcome! We’re happy to welcome your pets to our pet-friendly cabins at BIG4 Bendigo Marong. To ensure a great stay for everyone, we kindly ask pet owners to follow a few simple guidelines: Pet owners agree to take full responsibility for any injury or damage caused by their pet while on the property and agree to cover any related compensation claims. Pet owners must adhere to our park rules during their stay to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all. Pets are not permitted in common areas such as the reception, recreation room, pool area, camp kitchen, BBQ area, amenities, or any other areas clearly signed as off-limits to pets. Pets are only allowed in cabins specifically designated as pet-friendly. Please ensure pets are kept off the decks of any cabins that are not pet-friendly. For the safety of everyone, pets must always be kept on a leash or contained within a pen, except in the designated off-lead area. Please remember to pick up after your pet. Complimentary sanitary bags are available at several points throughout the park for your convenience. We offer a designated dog wash located at the front of the park. For health and safety reasons, pets should not be washed elsewhere in the park. Pet blankets are not to be washed in the park’s laundry or washing machines. To ensure your pet’s safety and well-being, pets cannot be left unattended anywhere on the property.

Deposits and Payments

Please see the following payment details for online and phone bookings- Online Bookings: All online bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation. Phone Bookings: A minimum deposit equal to the first night’s rate is required to secure all accommodation bookings. PEAK PERIOD BOOKINGS: Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. NON-PEAK BOOKING: Full payment is required at least 7 days prior to arrival.

Fees

Please take a moment to review the following important details: Rates are charged per night based on up to two guests unless otherwise specified. Adult rates apply to guests aged 18 years and over. Child rates apply to guests aged 2 to 17 years. Infants under 2 years stay free of charge. Standard fees apply for additional guests aged 2 and above. If you have friends or family visiting during your stay, they are more than welcome to enjoy our facilities! A small fee of $10 per adult and $5 per child applies for access to amenities like the pool and jumping pillow. All visitors will need to check in at reception before entering the park.
